Won’t eat it? Full refund. That’s our promise, and we keep it simple.

Our guarantee

If your dog won’t eat it, or you’re not happy with your order for any reason, email us within 30 days of delivery and we’ll refund you in full. You don’t need to send the tub back.

How to ask for a refund

• Email support@hounddaily.com with your order number.
• Tell us briefly what happened. No forms, no hoops.
• We’ll confirm by email and refund your original payment method. Most banks show it within 5–10 business days.

Damaged or wrong item

If your tub arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us a photo within 30 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer.

Automatic refills

You can pause, skip or cancel your refills anytime from your account, at no cost. Cancel before your next refill ships and you won’t be charged again. Refills that have already shipped are covered by the same 30-day guarantee.

Fair use

The guarantee is one claim per household. It’s there so trying HOUND is risk-free, not so it can be used again and again.
